For people generally looking for an all inclusive vacation then the first place that comes to mind is the Caribbean. Although there is a great deal of debate over the subject, the demand for all inclusive Caribbean vacations does not seem to be dwindling. Some attribute the popularity of the Caribbean islands to the predominance of this type of vacation; but the evidence for this is minimal.
The probability is that for many people, the fact that an all inclusive Caribbean Vacation means that they can easily budget for costs; which makes them particularly attractive for families on a budget. These vacations can even be tailored to suit individual needs where they are designed to suit a particular type of visitor. For people that already have family on the islands, their requirements are minimal; there is no reason to book anything but the flight as they will have accommodation and meals already arranged with their family.
Although, the average visitor will find the all inclusive Caribbean vacation the least inexpensive. Because the tour operators book large numbers of vacations, this is quite likely less expensive than if you tried to book your flight, accommodation and food independently. However, those travelers that are more independent would not arrange a vacation like this no matter how tempting the financial offer. Even after all this time it is surprising how many people do not actually know what an all inclusive vacation actually includes.
The only constant with every vacation booked is that the accommodation is included as part of the price. All meals and any additional food are included in this type of package but that is not always the case; with other vacations, it may only be the breakfast that the guests are supplied. Many people can get confused between a full board package and an all inclusive package vacation.
A full board package will include breakfast lunch and supper, but not drinks, whilst an all inclusive Caribbean vacation package will include meals and drinks. Many hotels will also supply their guests with discount vouchers for events, entertainment and meals for example; normally there will be an additional (usually lower) cost attached nevertheless. Most all inclusive Caribbean vacations will however, normally include all these as part of the package; often included are restaurants outside of the hotel complex which means you can make more of your vacation without dipping into your pocket constantly.
